My Approach

Sharon champions a focus on posture & alignment, core conditioning, range of motion and balance to help clients get into better shape. Programs are tailored to individual needs that will help achieve optimum performance and increase your overall fitness level. As a certified Power Plate master trainer, she utilizes acceleration training as a one-of-a-kind tool in program design to accelerate muscle activity, providing quicker results.

In 2009, Sharon was a member of the Ultimate Golf Makeover team featured in Golf Chicago Magazine and on Comcast Sports Network. Sharon works extensively with the Rabito Golf Academy in developing training programs. In addition to one-on-one personal training, Sharon currently teaches Golf Conditioning Classes, Small Group Personal Training and Power Plate classes. Sharon is a native of Canada and has made fitness a part of her life. She stays active with Golf, Spin Classes, Strength Training, Running, biking, The Daily Method, Rowing, Stair climbs (Hustle up the Hancock, Willis Tower, Oakbrook Tower) and when time allows, enjoys the sun, the beach and time with family.
