Sharon is more than your ordinary personal trainer and physical fitness expert.  While she holds personal group or individual training classes to build strength, tone, and/or lose weight, she specializes in golf conditioning training and PowerPlate fitness classes.     


So not only can she work with you to develop the best personal exercise plan, but she can also help you with your golf game and help you improve your balance and strengthen the smaller core muscles that are missed with regular workouts.

Sharon McGuire has been involved in physical fitness and personal training for over 20 years. She is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  


Sharon has also acquired some other unique and impressive fitness certifications along the way.  She’s a Certified Golf Fitness Trainer with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), a Bosu Trade Show Representative and a Certified Power Plate Master Trainer.
